Are you passionate about transforming data into clear, meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions? We’re looking for a BI Data Analyst who loves storytelling through data, thrives on collaboration, and enjoys building intuitive dashboards that actually get used.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with an eye for design, and who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to solve real business problems.

About the Role

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into clear, meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. You’ll design intuitive dashboards, analyse trends, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, trusted, and genuinely useful across the business.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualisations for diverse business audiences
  • Analyse structured data to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions, translating insights into action
  • Produce and maintain standard and ad hoc BI reports to support decision-making
  • Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure outputs meet business needs
  • Support data quality, governance, and documentation in line with organisational standards
  • Ensure accuracy and usability of data outputs through testing, review, and continuous improvement

About You

You’re a detail-driven analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear stories. You’re comfortable working with structured datasets, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality insights that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions.

Strong communicator who can explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Naturally collaborative, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and align on outcomes

Detail-driven with a high standard for accuracy, consistency, and quality

Curious and proactive, asking the right questions to uncover insights and opportunities

Well-organised and adaptable, able to manage priorities and deliver insights in a fast-moving environment

What Do You Need to Apply?

  • A relevant qualification in mathematics, data, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) - or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) - or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate (or willingness to complete via the NDIS Commission portal)
