Your opportunity
As Change Partner you’ll be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and
work alongside our Executive Team, General Managers, Centre Managers and Department Leads. You will act as a strategic partner to the Operations Senior Leadership Team, driving operational readiness and ensuring that change initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business benefits.
Here’s how you’ll do it:
Lead the development and execution of change initiatives including change strategies, change plans, stakeholder analysis, and business readiness across all operations.
Define, maintain, and assure the quality of change management standards, tools, and approaches used across Operations led initiatives.
Assess cumulative change impact and advise leaders on change sequencing, trade-offs, and deferrals where capacity or readiness constraints exist.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure long-term sustainability of change.
Conduct analysis to identify gaps and implement reinforcement plans.
Lead and drive communications strategies for change initiatives and ensure communications reflect initiative interdependencies and the organisational change narrative.
Develop and execute effecting transition plans across all national initiatives. implementation playbooks and tools to standardise rollout
Identify opportunities to improve change capability, process efficiency and stakeholder experience.
What you’ll bring
We believe the successful candidate will have a proven track record of
ensuring change is effectively governed, well communicated, and consistently embedded across our Operations team. You will support leaders at all levels to drive adoption and sustain new ways of working.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, change management, communications, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in change management, including strong understanding of change principles and methodologies.
Strong influencing skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation skills and ability to build alignment across diverse audiences.
Commercially savvy with the ability to anticipate customer and operational impacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
Experience working in multisite or distributed operational environments (preferred).
