Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills required:

• excellent customer service over phone and email

• project mangement with online tools like clickup google docs.

• broad level of html / css / wordpress / php (advanced skill not required)

• excellent written English to communicate directly with clients

• ability to edit WordPress with Elementor

• knowledge of hosting management with cpanel and others.

• 3 years experience in similar roles.

• knowledge of other web technologies is helpful such as SEO and custom development.
