- Flexible Part-time (approx 18 hours per week) arrangement during business hours based anywhere across Australia or New Zealand.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this education focused role, you will contribute your subject matter expertise to the development of future Chartered Accountants, ensuring our
CA Program
and other education programs meet the highest standards.
You will deliver the CA program in a fully online environment, focusing exclusively on assessment and candidate support rather than delivering structured lessons or lectures.
Key responsibilities:
- Educate and guide online learning for the CA Program and other CA ANZ education programs.
- Mark assessments and generate ideas for innovating the learner experience.
- Maintain relationships with CA members, employer and industry groups, universities, and government bodies.
- Contribute to assessment and learning materials aligned to learning outcomes.
- Foster a scholarly culture through research and industry engagement.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for passionate and experienced Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 5 years in professional practice with an expertise across multiple CA Program subjects.
Additionally, you will bring:
- CA qualification essential
- Extensive real-world experience as a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice or Commerce
- Practical, hands-on background across a broad range of subjects
- Ability to guide and support students with real-world knowledge
- Strong mentoring skills to help learners succeed
- Consistent work standards with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs
