More Than a Job – A Chance to Practise Medicine Differently
Most clinical roles compress time.
This one is designed for depth.
Mosh is launching a dedicated
Longevity & Preventative Health Pathway
for patients seeking proactive, evidence-based care – before issues become disease.
We’re looking for experienced Australian-registered doctors who want to practise structured, preventative medicine within a mature, digital-first platform.
This isn’t biohacking.
It isn’t anti-ageing hype.
It’s rigorous pathology interpretation, risk stratification, and clear clinical guidance – delivered through established systems with real patients and governance.
The Opportunity
As a founding clinician in this vertical, you will:
Review and interpret comprehensive pathology panels
Conduct structured telehealth consultations (video)
Explain biomarkers, risk factors and trends in clear, practical terms
Provide appropriate preventative and optimisation guidance
Identify early risk indicators and recommend follow-up pathways
Contribute to the development of protocols and clinical frameworks
Consultations are intentionally structured to allow considered, data-informed discussion.
What We’re Looking For
AHPRA registered medical practitioner (PGY5+)
Currently practising in Australia
Background in general practice, internal medicine, preventative health or chronic disease management
Strong confidence interpreting pathology and clinical data
Clear, patient-centred communicator
A measured, evidence-based clinical approach
Prior longevity experience is not required. Curiosity and rigour are.
Why This Role Is Different
Fully remote telehealth delivery
Flexible contractor or part-time structure
Established patient base and operational infrastructure
Structured clinical governance and peer support
Opportunity to shape a preventative health pathway from the ground up
Mosh is an established digital health platform across men’s and women’s health. This longevity pathway extends our commitment to accessible, responsible preventative care.
Who This Suits
Doctors who:
Want more time for thoughtful medicine
Are interested in preventative frameworks and long-term health
Prefer data-informed care over reactive prescribing
Want flexibility without sacrificing clinical standards
If this aligns with how you’d like to practise, we’d welcome a conversation.
